My favorite way is fairly simple and I believe it’s something you may find beneficial.Īll it requires is to still your mind for a moment, breathe and consciously reflect upon inspirational quotes, empowering poems and motivational thoughts.Īll of which can transform a day of gloom into a day of beauty, a week of misfortune into a week belief, a month of doubt into a month of confidence and a life filled with stress into a life filled with energy and aliveness. Over time, I’ve learned to do this a few different ways. I try to become aware and remind myself of my ability to intentionally and deliberately empower my mind. When this sets in, (it’s not if, but when), I try my best to grasp control of my thoughts.
